Together with our partner congregation, Bethlehem Lutheran Church (1767 Plank Rd), we put on a fun-filled week of Vacation Bible School, when the kids learn about faith and the Bible through music, crafts, drama, games, and thematic snacks. This year’s theme is “Taking Root: Hunger Causes, Hunger Hopes.” Each day the kids will learn about and participate in a different way they can help end hunger. At the bottom of this page is a registration form you can download.

Dates: July 6-9, 9am to noon.

Ages: entering Pre-K through entering 6th grade

Cost: FREE! A donation of $5 per family would be welcome to help offset costs.

Schedule: Each day, the kids will start all together, learning some songs about the theme and Bible story for the day. Then they will break into groups by age and go to different stations, including snack, games, crafts, story-time, and mission project. Each day they will learn about a different way to help fight hunger, and have a chance to participate in a small mission project. At the end of the week, on Thursday evening, we invite families to come and see what we have learned about all week.
